  1. Visit your home branch and request to link your mobile number.
  2. Fill up the KYC form and enter your mobile number.
  3. Follow the instructions provided by the officials and submit the application form.
  4. After verification, your mobile number will be added/linked to your account.

 

How to check account balance by giving missed call?

  • To use missed call banking service, you must have a registered mobile number. For balance enquiry, dial 09015483483 from your registered mobile number. After 1-2 rings, the call will get disconnected automatically.
  • You will receive an SMS from the bank shortly. Check the SMS and you will find your account balance details.

 

How to fetch mini statement by giving missed call?

  • A mini statement contains details about your last 5 banking transactions. A customer may use missed call banking service to check his/her mini statement. Dial 09015734734 to fetch mini statement in English. Dial 09015613613 to fetch mini statement in Hindi.
  • Dial the above mentioned numbers from your registered mobile number. After 1-2 rings, the call will get disconnected automatically. Shortly, you will receive an SMS from the bank. Check the message and get details about your last five banking transactions.

 

How to initiate loan enquiry by giving missed call?

Using the missed call banking service, a customer may even enquire about loan availability, general information and documents required. For home loan enquiry, customers may use the following numbers – 09015637637, 09015257257 (for HNI individuals) or 09015778668 (NRI customers). For car loan enquiry, a customer may dial – 09015642642.

How it works?

Here are the steps involved in the entire missed call banking process –

  4. System disconnects the call automatically.
  5. System generates and SMS that contains required information (account balance or transaction details).
  6. The SMS is sent to the user’s registered mobile number.
